The new Student and Child Student guidance by Home Office [October 2020]

Yesterday Home Office published the first version of its Student and Child Student guidance. This guidance tells caseworkers how to consider applications from people who wish to enter or remain in the UK to study under the Student or Child Student routes of the Points-based System.

This is new guidance for the Student and Child Student routes. It talks about Switching into Student, Student Overstayers, Genuine student rule, etc.
